Account and Data Deletion Request
At Bagmati Foods, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you would like to delete your Bagmati Foods account and associated data, you can submit a deletion request using one of the methods below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Through the App
1. Open the Bagmati Foods app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to *Profile > Settings > Delete Account*.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
*Option 2: Contact Support*
If you cannot access your account, send an email to:

Please include:
* Your registered email address or phone number
* Your full name
* A request to delete your account
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your deletion request is processed:
* Your Bagmati Foods account will be permanently deleted.
* Your personal profile information will be removed from our systems.
* Your saved addresses and preferences will be deleted.
* Any other personal data associated with your account will be deleted, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulations.
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained for a limited period when required for:
* Legal compliance
* Fraud prevention and security purposes
* Financial and tax record obligations
Any retained information will be securely stored and used only for the purposes required by law.
Processing Time
We aim to process account deletion requests within *7 business days* of receiving a valid request.
